I designed interactive user journeys for Cisco Networking Academy using Facebook's Instant Experience, streamlining the process for users to find the right IT and cybersecurity courses.

This approach resulted in a 58% reduction in cost per sign-up, a $0.43 cost per sign-up, and a 336% increase in click-through rate globally.

I also contributed to multiple global campaigns aimed at increasing enrollment in Cisco’s courses.
